BREAST CANCER

Today we're going to talk about most women killer in Africa which is known as Breast cancer. 
      Its a cancer that forms in the cells of the Breast. Breast cancer can occur in women and rarely in men. Which its cause is Still unknown. 
       SYMPTOMS 
    
1. new lump in the Breast or under arm(armpit) 

2. Thickening or swelling of the Part of the Breast. 

3. Irritation or dimpling of Breast skin. 

4 . Redness  or  flaky skin in the nipple area or Breast. 
 
5. Pulling in the nipple or pain in the nipple area. 

      Also, Breast cancer take about 2/3yrs before it can be notified, because the cancer has to divide 30 times before it can be felt. Even if it reaches 28th cell division, neither you nor your doctor can detect or felt it by hands, in most cancers. Each division take about 2 months, so by time you can feel a cancerous lump the cancer has Been in your body for 2/3yrs
     Breast cancer come up with general symptoms like feeling tired constantly, constant nausea, unexplained weight loss, and loss of appetite. 
    
HOW TO REDUCE BREAST CANCER RISK

1. remove bra before going to bed because there's compression of the muscle around Breast area and affect the nervous system. 

2. Limit alcohol, the more alcohol you drink, the greater your risk of developing Breast cancer you are. 

3. Maintain a health weight. If your weight is health work to maintain that weight. 
 
4. Be physical active. 

5. Breast feed if you're a Breastfeeding mother. 
 
6. Limit post menopausal hormone therapy. 

 FOOD THAT REDUCE BREAST CANCER 
1. dark leafy greens vegetables e.g spinach. 

2. Berries 

3. Citrus fruit
 
4. Beans

5. Spices and herbs
    
         An advice is make here dear ladies and women every after your menstrual period perform self Breast examination to detect any lumps, change of skin or texture or reddnes etc. 
  
HOW TO PERFORM  SELF BREAST EXAMINATION 
      Stand in front of a mirror that's is large enough for you to see your Breast for anything unusual. Check skin for puckering, dimpling or discharge from the nipple 


         Breast cancer is the most common invasive cancer in female. It's also leading to death among female and woman. Breast cancer it's the most killer of womens. 
Breast cancer can't be detect early if it's detect it can be cured.
